Refund Policy

1. Free trial and cancellation

New users get a free 3-day trial. You can cancel your subscription at any time, in your account or by emailing us. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.

2. No refunds for started periods

Samantha is digital software, and the free trial lets you evaluate it before you pay. Therefore, amounts paid for a billing period that has started are not refundable.

3. Exceptions

We will refund:

• duplicate or erroneous charges, if you contact us within 14 days of the charge; and
• any amount that we are required to refund by law.

4. How to request a refund

Email us at the address below from your account email, with your transaction details (date, amount and payment method, or transaction ID). We will review your request and reply by email.

5. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing times of your bank or payment provider may apply.
