This Risk Disclosure applies to Samantha, an analytical software service (SaaS) provided by SKYWARD ORIGIN DEVELOPING SERVICE - FZCO (“Skyward Origin”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Registration No. 73283, Licence No. 75286). Please read it carefully before using Samantha. By using Samantha, you confirm that you have read and understood it.

1. Not financial advice

Samantha is analytical software. It provides market analysis, information and tools. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser, and nothing it produces is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, an individualized recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You should consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, consult a licensed professional before making any decision.

2. You make your own decisions

All trading and investment decisions are made independently by you, and you are solely responsible for them and for their results. Samantha does not make decisions on your behalf.

3. We do not manage your funds

Samantha does not connect to your exchange accounts or wallets, does not hold, manage or have access to your funds, and does not place trades on your behalf. Any portfolio information you enter is used only to provide analysis to you.

Samantha uses artificial intelligence and automated analysis. Its output may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or misleading, and different analyses may reach different conclusions. You should verify important information independently before relying on it.

6. Data and third-party risks
